Take two or three photos — one wide shot of everything, one of anything heavy or oversized, and one of the route out if access is tight. That's enough for us to price the job properly. Don't tidy first; we'd rather see it as it is.
PRICING QUESTIONS
Why aren't your prices listed on the site?+
Because a junk removal price depends almost entirely on what you actually have, and a published table would be wrong for most people who read it. A photo gets you a real number in minutes, which is more useful than a range you can't rely on.
Is there a minimum charge?+
Yes. It covers getting a truck and a crew to your address, which is the same cost to us whether you have one mattress or five. That's why two or three items often cost barely more than one — if you've been putting off a couple of other things, it's worth adding them.
Do you charge for the estimate?+
No. Photo estimates are free with no obligation, and we don't ask for a deposit to hold a slot.
When do I pay?+
When the job is done and you've seen the space cleared. Not before.
Is it cheaper if I move everything outside first?+
Usually not, because we price on volume rather than labour — so putting it on the driveway mostly just means you did the carrying. The exception is a hot tub, where draining it in advance genuinely reduces the weight and the price.
How does this compare to renting a bin?+
A bin is often cheaper per cubic metre if you have a lot of material and several days to fill it yourself. We're cheaper and faster for anything under a full bin, anything you can't lift, and anything you need gone today. If a bin is genuinely the better call for your job, we'll say so.
