A hot tub is the one item where people consistently underestimate the job. It's a fibreglass shell wrapped in foam and cabinetry, it weighs several hundred kilos dry, and it's almost always in a back yard behind a gate that's narrower than the tub.
We drain it, disconnect it, cut it into manageable sections and carry it out. If it's sunk into a deck or surrounded by decking that has to come up first, we can do that too — just show us in a photo.

Do I need to drain it first?+
It helps and it saves you money, because a full tub is hundreds of extra kilos. If you can drain it the day before, do. If you can't, tell us and we'll bring a pump.
Do you handle the electrical disconnect?+
We'll disconnect a plug-in unit. Hardwired 240V tubs need an electrician to disconnect at the panel first — that's not something we're licensed to do, and doing it wrong is dangerous.
Will you damage the yard getting it out?+
We plan the route before we start cutting, and we cut the shell down small enough to carry rather than dragging it across your lawn. If the only route is genuinely tight, we'll tell you before we start rather than halfway through.
