We're a Vancouver-based junk removal company — not a franchise, not a call centre. When you call us, you're talking to the crew that shows up at your door.
Being based in Vancouver means shorter drives, lower travel costs, and quotes that don't have a franchise fee baked into them. It also means we know the buildings, the back lanes and the transfer stations across the city, and out through Burnaby, Richmond and Coquitlam.

How much does junk removal cost?+
We price by volume — how much room your load takes up in the truck — not by the hour. Send us photos and we'll give you a firm price before we dispatch a crew. That number doesn't change on arrival unless there's materially more than what you showed us.
How fast can you actually get here?+
When we're already working nearby, we can often be at your door within two hours. That's a real offer rather than a headline — but it depends where our truck is when you call, so phone us instead of using the form if you need it today.
Do you offer same-day junk removal?+
Often, yes. We're open seven days a week from 7:30 AM to 10:30 PM, and we hold slots for same-day work. The closer you are to our Vancouver base, the more likely we can get to you today.
What areas do you serve?+
We're based in Vancouver and serve Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and Coquitlam. If you're just outside that, call and ask — it sometimes depends on what we already have booked nearby.
What can't you take?+
We can't haul hazardous material: paint, solvents, motor oil, asbestos, propane tanks, or medical and chemical waste. These need specialised disposal. Everything else — furniture, appliances, electronics, construction debris, yard waste — we handle.
Do I need to be home for the pickup?+
Not necessarily. If everything is accessible from a garage, driveway or yard, we can work from your instructions and send photos when we're done. For indoor jobs we'll need someone to let us in, or a lockbox code.
What happens to my junk after you take it?+
We sort every load. Usable furniture and household goods go to donation, electronics go to certified e-waste recycling, metal and green waste go to their own streams, and only what's genuinely left over goes to the transfer station.
Do I need to sort or clean anything first?+
No. Leave it exactly as it is — we'd rather sort it ourselves than have you move heavy things twice. The only thing worth doing is pulling out anything you want to keep.
How do I get a quote?+
