Can you do this if I'm not in the city?+
Yes, and we do it often. We can work from a lockbox or with a realtor or neighbour, send photos as we go, and confirm before anything questionable is removed. You don't need to fly in for it.
What happens to things that are still usable?+
We route usable furniture, housewares and clothing to donation wherever we can. If you'd like the donation receipts, ask and we'll get them to you.
How long does a full house take?+
Most take a day; heavily packed properties can take two. We'll tell you which after seeing photos, and the quote covers the whole job either way.
Can you work around a probate timeline?+
Yes. Tell us the date the property has to be clear by and we'll schedule backwards from it. Realtor listing deadlines are the usual driver and we're used to working to them.
