Do you charge extra to come into Vancouver?+
No. Vancouver is our home city, so there is no travel premium at all. The quote we send you before we dispatch is the number you pay.
Can you remove a single large item like a sofa or piano?+
Yes, and it's one of our most common Vancouver calls. Send a photo of the item and the stairwell or hallway it has to come through, and we'll confirm the price and whether we need a second crew member.
What about permit parking and narrow lanes?+
We deal with it daily. Let us know if your street is permit-only or if access is via a laneway, and we'll plan truck placement around it.
